Story
Identifying and Solving Community Needs
It all started with identifying a need. The local workforce is in need of childcare to accommodate their work schedules. Our youth deserve quality and passionate care and our workforce deserve affordable childcare. Local businesses and entrepreneurs need attractive office space at affordable terms and rates.

The Mont Clair building has been an eye sore for many years on Sterrettania Rd. The building needed a facelift and hundreds of thousands of dollars in repairs. With exposed lead and asbestos, it was a wonder our children were allowed in the building only a few years ago and before our abatement projects began.
​
We embarked upon this path with the idea to get another high-quality childcare center into our community with more flexible hours for our diverse local workforce.
​
Additionally, our community needs a place to continue their education and skills assisting with our many great universities in the community. More fine arts, financial literacy, GED, and music classes are needed.
​
With hundreds of thousands of private dollars invested into the idea, the Eden Center was born and will become a community hub for those affiliated with this area. The Eden Center will provide all of this and more as we continue to press on and grow community, strengthen intellect, and build a stronger future for Erie County and her residents!

Windows Completed
All of our windows have been upgraded to more energy efficient, and visually appealing windows. All of the lead has been abated.

Flooring updates have began in parts of the building bringing our office rooms one step closer to being lease ready.

The boiler has been completely rebuilt and the lead has been abated from the machine room.
